Holy Week & Easter Gatherings 2013

Holy Week

Holy Week is obviously a very important week for us as a community following in the way of Christ. His journey is our journey. We follow him through the darkness of death (his and ours) – the death of the small self, the death of the ego – into the nothingness beyond it, and awaiting the new life of resurrection. The events of this week are the crucible within which all of life is transformed.

We have a number of special gatherings going on….

Palm Sunday  – 5pm – concluding gathering in our ‘Enough Already?’ cycle including a procession with palms (venue : St Albans Church)

Good Friday (29th March) – 2 gatherings : 10am – children’s gathering, 2pm – stations of the cross + eucharist (venue : St Albans)

Easter Day (31st March) – from 830am – Champagne Resurrection Bring & Share Breakfast (venue : Matt & Pippa’s aka ‘The Vicarage’)
